Building Supervisor
Programmed Facility Management is a member of the Programmed Group, a leading provider of staffing, maintenance and project services.
Our Facility Management business provides total property maintenance, refurbishments, minor capital work projects, facility management solutions and consulting.
We are currently seeking a Building Supervisor in the Lismore/Far north NSW area.
Reporting to Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to a safe, successful and profitable conclusion and to the customer€™s satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning
- Compliance
- Project Management
- Business Development and Account Management
- Safety
- Leading others to perform at the highest of standards
The suitable candidate will have the following:
- Trades qualification
- Additional qualification in project management
- Proven experience in the building industry as a Foreman, Project manager or similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Ability to work at height, in confined spaces and difficult access locations
- A driver€™s license
